• Created opening session entertainment
• Facilitated seating 5000 attendees (no small task)
Our first assignment on this Microsoft event was to seat 5000
attendees quickly and in an orderly fashion before Bill Gates'
keynote speech. We assembled a large team of improv comics dressed
as construction workers complete with bull horns and flashlights
to guide the audience through the convention center and to their
seats.
The second task was entertaining this international group of
attendees. To do this Jay created a custom show featuring the
top variety acts in the world, performers from Cirque du Soliel
and the Acrobats of China.
